Mountain Boy Minerals Ltd.: provided investors and shareholders with clarification regarding BA project assay results for drill holes DDH-2008-39 through DDH-2008-63, released by the Company in news releases on January 21, 2010 and March 18. The Company has been made aware that investors are under the impression that this drilling data and assay information had previously been reported. The information released on January 21 and March 18 is for core drilled in 2008 but never logged, cut and assayed as a consequence of the severe downturn in market conditions in the fall of 2008. The core from 38 drill holes was stored in a secure facility until financing raised in the fall of 2009 enabled processing to begin. During the last four months, over 6,000 metres of core was processed by logging, geotechnical studies, cutting and assaying. At present, there are still 10 drill holes with assay results pending.

Otish Energy Inc.: announced it is beginning exploration work on its 100% interest Noyelles Property comprising 66 mineral claims in the Noyelles and Bruneau Townships, Abitibi Area of Quebec. The Noyelles Property covers approximately 3,697 hectares and is located roughly 60 kilometres northwest of the town of Lebel-sur-Quevillon, Quebec. Several logging roads transect the Property providing an excellent access. The Property lies within the Casa Berardi-Cameron deformation corridor that hosts several orebodies and gold deposits, notably the Casa Berardi gold mine with over five Million ounces of gold and the Discovery deposit with more than 500,000 ounces of gold. The Property is located approximately 20 kilometres from the Discovery deposit. The Property geology consists of mafic volcanic rocks of the Taibi Group that is in contact with miscellaneous sedimentary rocks that include sandstones, conglomerates, siltstones, mudstones, tuf and iron formations.
