Quarterly revenue totaled $1.3 million, down from $2.086 million in the same period last year. Gross profit slid to $725,000 in the latest quarter, compared to $1.293 million in the prior-year quarter. The company showed a net loss of $121,000 in the quarter ending with September 2009, down from the $298,000 loss in the same period last year.

4:07 PM EST - : Bravo Venture Group Inc.: reported today that it has intersected additional Bonanza-grade gold and silver mineralization at the Homestake Silver zone and continued to return high-grade gold assays from definition drilling at the Main Homestake zone on its 100%-owned Homestake Ridge Project located in NW British Columbia. The Company reported that initial assays from drill hole HR09-161 intersected a "bonanza grade-intercept" averaging 51.9 grams per tonne (g/t) gold and 2592 g/t silver, 2.8% lead and 3.0% zinc over a 1.9-metre interval within a 4.8-metre interval averaging 25.9 g/t gold and 1358 g/t silver which is contained within a seven-metre interval averaging 18.2 g/t gold and 946 g/t silver.

11:27 AM EST - : Stem Cell Therapeutics Corp.: announced today it has been advised by the Data Safety Monitoring Board ("DSMB") that a regularly scheduled safety analysis has been completed and the DSMB has recommended the Phase IIb stroke trial to continue as per the protocol. The DSMB is a group of independent clinical experts that review the ongoing conduct of a clinical trial to ensure continuing patient safety. The mandate of SCT's DSMB is to provide objective, independent monitoring of patient safety during the Phase IIb stroke trial. This review was the first of three formal meetings scheduled that will occur over the duration of the Phase IIb stroke trial.

11:25 AM EST - : Benton Resources Corp.: announced the results from the second phase drill program on the Golden Harp Option. A compilation of Phase 1 and Phase 2 results for holes GH09-01 to GH09-10 on the Cook Zone has identified a bulk tonnage gold target which includes intercepts of 1.69 gpt gold over 37.6 metres from GH09-01, 2.05 gpt gold over 45.1 metres from GH09-02, 1.36 gpt gold over 15 metres from GH09-09 and 0.92 gpt gold over 27 meters in GH09-10. In addition, drilling identified wide zones of highly anomalous gold mineralization from the MC zone as well as from several Induced Polarization (IP) and soil geochemical targets located between the Cook and MC zones.

4:02 PM EST - : Wildcat Exploration Ltd.: announced that channel sampling on the newly discovered Showing #4 and further channel sampling on Showing #1 has confirmed the continuity of gold and silver mineralization along strike. These showings occur in the vicinity of the historical Jeep Gold Mine that is located on Wildcat's 100%-owned Jeep property 13 kilometres east of Bissett, Manitoba in the Rice Lake greenstone belt. Showing #4 consists of a quartz bearing shear zone, up to 1.3 metre wide, hosted in gabbro and containing disseminated arsenopyrite and pyrite as well as visible gold. Showing #4 is located approximately 50 m northeast of Showing #1. Wildcat exposed this shear zone over a distance of approximately 40 m along strike in an area that was highlighted by the results of two grab samples yielding 35.05 grams per tonne (g/t) gold (Au) and 3.53 g/t Au. A total of 14 channel samples collected at 2.5 m intervals from this shear zone returned assays of up to 6.21 g/t Au over 0.8 m and 13.41 g/t Au over 0.4 m. Seven historical drillholes intersected gold in the vicinity of Showing #4 in concentrations of up to 10.55 g/t Au over 0.84 m core length.

4:00 PM EST - : Decade Resources Ltd.: reports that assay results have been received for another 10 holes from the Red Cliff drilling. Base metal values from DDH-2009-Mon-6 to all the recently received drill hole assays are available. Appreciable copper, silver and zinc are associated with some of the previously reported gold intersections. Copper values in heavily pyritized intrusive indicate the possible presence of nearby copper-gold porphyry. There are 12 drill holes currently that are awaiting results from the assay lab. These holes are located along Lydden Creek, and range in mineralization to 20.87 grams per tonne (g/t) gold, 15.11 (g/t) silver, 0.70% copper and 6.23% zinc.

Earnings before amortization and interest were $552,812 compared to a loss of $150,268 last year. Net earnings for the quarter were $235,605 compared to a loss of $215,043 last year.

At the end of Q3 2009, the Company had 44,892 residential customers connected representing a 32.4% increase for the year and 418 commercial customers connected representing a 20.5% increase year over year.
