Overview

The Corporation was formed to manage the manufacturing, distribution, sales and marketing of health care products throughout the world. avVaa has obtained from the German inventor the manufacturing, distribution, sales and marketing rights for products that control specific skin disorders, including eczema, psoriasis, acne, dermatitis and other types of skin conditions.

The management team, under the direction of its Chairman and CEO, Jack Farley, has defined and directed the Company’s focus on the natural skin care product line. The direction of the Corporation has been to focus on North and South American opportunities directly relating to its skin care product line, with rapid expansion planned for the rest of the world after initial product launch in the Americas.

Jack is distinguished as a 32-year veteran of Petro-Canada Marketing, a major international petroleum corporation. He brings extensive experience in planning, distribution, marketing, retailing, merchandising and contract negotiations. Jack retired from Petro-Canada in 1994. Jack spent two years as a sales and marketing consultant to Conoco Oil in the USA in 1995 and 1996.
