Using newly developed undercover exploration technology these two companies are hoping to discover precious gold hidden in the Northern Nevada valleys.

Nevada Exploration Inc. (TSX-Venture: NGE) and Astro Resources have signed a Letter of Intent  to advance epithermal gold projects in a land parcel the includes over one million acres in northern Nevada.

The firms will combine Nevada Exploration’s extensive exploration database covering a million-acre area of interest, together with its strong local management, while Astro will benefit from the first right to use NGE’s database to acquire exploration projects within the area of interest for two years.

Shares of Nevada Exploration closed Friday at $0.08.
