6. Cancel Anytime

Simply call (1-800-558-4560 Ext. 101) or e-mail us anytime at pro@allpennystocks.com to cancel your subscription. From the moment of that contact, your card will never be billed by us again.

7. Automatic Renewal

If you do not cancel, your membership will remain active. You will continue to have full, unlimited access to all of the features of AllPennyStocks.com Pro. Your card will be billed either every three months, every six months, or once a year depending on your billing length chosen. Your billing amount will be either $149 for a three-month plan or $399 for a one year term. Each charge extends your subscription by the length of term chosen. There are no other charges or any hidden fees.

8. Safe and Secure Ordering

All of our subscriptions are executed through PSiGate. When you place an order, they encrypt your credit card data and it goes directly to PSiGate, which is the credit card processor for AllPennyStocks.com Pro and thousands of other e-commerce websites. We do not hold a copy of your credit card information on AllPennyStocks.com's servers. Since we don't hold your credit card data, we have made every possible effort to ensure that no unauthorized party can gain access to your credit card data.

9. Your Personal Data Is Never Sold

We will never sell or distribute your personal information. We keep your name, mailing address, phone number, and e-mail in our files.

10. Concerning Refunds and Cancellations

Immediately, afer you have created your account you will be billed for either three months of service, six months of service, or one year of service, depending on your length term chosen. Our product is information, produced through exhaustive research and analysis. You get all of its value immediately upon viewing it.

Keep in mind that it sometimes takes several months for our penny stock picks to increase in value. Stock performance is often affected by many factors that we cannot influence.
