+100% Pop After Company Announcement Sheds New Light On Forecasted Operations

A little known company seems to be turning heads this morning after the micro cap came out with a company update on Thursday. Part of the announcement was a quote from the company’s CEO Rondell Fletcher as he went on to say that the company plans "to aggressively expand the operational footprint of UMAX with a focus on business relationships and acquisitions geared toward building our asset base and top-line revenue." This sent shares of UMAX Group Corp. (OTCPK:UMAX) into an extreme rally during Thursday’s session.

UMAX Group Corp. is a Nevada corporation ("UMAX") and has a wholly owned subsidiary, Funny Media Group, LLC (Wyoming), which is a media development company which is currently concentrating on producing its own original content with the intent of selling that content to one of the many streaming companies (i.e., Netflix, Hulu, Showtime, Disney+, etc.) and having its own streaming platforms on our web site and YouTube channels. Funny Media Group has currently produced over 60 comedy specials (each special being 30 minutes in duration) at its own state of the art facility located at the former Comedy Cube on Bay Street in Los Angeles, California.

Traders were bullish on the comments and overall announcement made by the company as shares reached up to $0.12/share (+115.25%) following the news.
