Digimax Global Inc. (CSE:DIGI)(OTC Pink:DBKSF) announced in its press release that its subsidiary Spetz Inc.entered into a strategic partnership agreement with San Francisco based, Oncue®, the all-in-one moving management software, providing moving companies with an operating system that handles everything from capturing leads, booking moves, collecting payments and gathering customer reviews.

Using an AI-driven platform, Spetz dynamically connects consumers to a wide variety of home services from nearby top-rated service providers in less than a minute. Spetz has a global presence and is now launching in the U.S. and the partnership will allow Oncue users who sign up to join Spetz's platform to get access to real-time leads from consumers looking for local moving services, in addition to new customer enrollment incentives. In return, moving companies on the Spetz platform will get preferred subscription pricing for Oncue's product. 

U.S. shares were trading at $0.03 in morning trade.
